CTCU values your privacy. If you would like to request removal of your mobile app account and related data, simply send an email request to
webmail@ctcu.org. Please type
“Remove Mobile App Account” in the subject line of your email. Be sure to provide us with your name and current phone number. One of our representatives will contact you to process the request. Upon execution of this request, CTCU will delete all associated data held in our mobile app and online banking system. This data will no longer be accessible.
Please note that after your mobile app account is deleted:
- You will no longer be able to login in to our app and/or online banking.
- You will no longer have access to see electronic copies of your past account statements. If you’ve opted in to receiving electronic statements, your preferences will be changed to receiving paper statements.
- Any activity and/or payments previously set up within online banking and/or the mobile app will be deleted.
- Your CTCU accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected.
